Det som var det mest fantastiska var att få leva på samma gård tillsammans med Thailändare och Ting som äger boendet brinner verkligen för att introducera sina gäster till Thailand, dess kultur och folk som gör hela vistelsen personlig samt väldigt unik! Rekommenderar detta till personer som vill lära känna Thailand och få en unik och personlig upplevelse på den lugna och tysta landsbygden samtidigt som storstaden finns nära till hands.

I loved the room: spacious, quiet, with aircon and fan, well ventilated, with everything I needed: a big desk to work, Internet, a comfortable bed, night lamp and table, and extra table with chairs and a launch chair, drawers and hangers, even an amazing carpet where to practice my exercises.
On top of that, a complete kitchen the a big fridge, water boiler, rice cooker, air fryer, microwave and a stove with utensils. Perfect if you stay for a while and you like to cook , like me.
On top of that, the bathroom has a huge bathtub, a shower, a wall mirror and they clean it every two days.
But the best of all: Ting Ting, the owner of the place (which is separated from their house) and her family. She speaks good English and is the kindest person, always ready to help.
And her beautiful family, very kind and respectful. I really felt at home since the first moment.
Plus it’s located 7 minutes from Prem school, so very fast I could be in my daughter’s place while the adaptation.
She even stayed with me on the weekends.
It’s 7 minutes from the 7 eleven and the local fresh market and 18 from Kad Farang Mae Rim and Rimping, the international and ecological supermarket. And around 35 min from the city, Chiang Mai.
You need a car or bike to get around.
It’s not a hotel, so they only change your sheets once a week, or when you ask for it. They won’t enter the room to do it, unless you allow it.
Respect and kindness is their signature.

Ting Ting is such a kind and accommodating host. She made sure that I had a nice and comfortable stay. She even invited me to join a morning run around the Huay Tueng Tao, a beautiful lake, with her and her friend.
The room I stayed in was very spacious, with a large bed, table and closet.
I had a great time here.
I recommend this homestay to anyone interested in a quiet place on the outskirts of Chiang Mai.
She didn't see the booking message, so when I arrived at the address I didn't know where to go and the room wasn't ready. But when I called her, she immediately came to the property, prepared the room and apologized a thousand times. She made up for that and more.
