Located on Mall Road next to Nainitaal lake, good spacious room (junior suites), very helpful staff. It provided easy access to the local attractions and local taxi services. The views from hotel were mesmerising as it’s facing lake. Rooms were comfortable and provided round the clock hot water. We were provided with a heater in our room on our request. Overall, good experience!
Nothing really! The staff was very helpful and cooperative.

Customised services as you want accordingly. They will provide accordingly, food is good with hygiene.
Money for every step. Costly sometimes.
