The house layout was perfect for our group. The location was good as well. I love the security we felt very safe. The staff was quick and responsive every time.
Although we like the measure of security. It was different for us to get it because the QR code took at 10 tries before it would work. Which caused long lines at the gate because it seems as though everyone was having the same issue.

Everything was great upon entering ww found it to be clean,beautiful and spacious. Each room was decorated so nicely. The beds were very comfortable. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the game room and theater much it was a nice set up. We had 14 guest and we had plenty of room. We are already trying to see when can we book this location again but for a longer stay because it was just that nice.

Tub and pool did not warm up.
BBQ was locked
Battery of Remote control for the tv were always falling, no cover. We had to look for the batteries all the time.
No normal garbage can outside
