Estava limpo e arrumado.

The plugs need to be more secure in the wall!
The stand alone shower does not drain while you are showering. The water is almost up to the threshol!

The ladies I spoke to were very nice. Although I wasn’t allowed in till 3pm after I had been stranded the night before. I was up all night sitting in the stairwell and it was cold.
The fact that I was stranded and when I finally got there I after midnight I wasn’t able to go in out of the cold till 3pm the next day. I was frustrated and tired. I honestly won’t book them again. I know it’s not their fault that I was stranded but under the circumstances I should have been let in out of the cold.
