Not well maintained

Large rooms

Rooms on 3 seperate floors with outside stairway and only one shower for the house

1 / 10

The worst apartment I have ever booked via bookings.com It is unsafe & unclean. Outside stairs!!!!!

Size of rooms

Outside stair well to connect the rooms. It is not clear and hidden. Its unacceptable not to tell people they have to go outside to access their bedrooms. Lacks all transparency. There were no lights on the outside stairwell. They were broken an did not work. When I messaged them they said they would get it fixed and they did not fix it. They asked me to read the instructions for the lights. The instructions said click the remote. There was no remote. The stairs were dark and dangerous - and highly risky when it snowed. The air con did not work. It was on 30'c all day and night and the rooms were cold. The key lock to the top bedroom was broken and took ages to wiggle the key out of the lock. It will break anytime soon. The lounge chair had dirty stains all over it - very dirty. The lounge chair was broken and it would not sit up straight. You had to lean the lounge chair on the window The floor was dirty and not cleaned well. The blinds on the rooms windows were broken and you could not open or shut them - people on the street co0uld see right into the apartment. It did not feel safe or secure. We were very very unhappy with this apartment. It should not be valid for bookings.com It is the worst bookings.com place I have ever stayed in 20+ years. How bookings.com can endorse and advertise this place is beyond me. It is so so dodgy!
