Very convenient location. Since I was traveling with two little kids it was very helpful that the bus station was in front of the apartment and the tram was just two minutes away. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.
The kitchen was well equipped.
Everything was perfect!

Hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute und ruhige Lage.
2. Stockwerk problemlos über das Treppenhaus erreichbar.
Vermieterin jederzeit erreichbar und an Problemlösungen interessiert.
Küche mit E-Herd, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Nespresso Kaffeekapselmaschine, Gefrier-/Kühlkombination und Spülmaschine ausgestattet.
Besteck, Gläser und Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden.
Schlafzimmer modern, geräumig und vollkommend ausreichend.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ca. 100 m entfernt (Maria-Hilf-Straße).
Wir hatten als Familie Fahrräder dabei und haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell erreicht.
Be- und Entladen vom Auto vor dem Haus problemlos möglich. Auto konnte auf der linken Fahrbahnseite ab Freitag 22.00 Uhr bis Montag 09.00 Uhr kostenlos parken.
Die Tür der Duschabtrennung fehlte in Gänze. Beim Duschen etwas aufpassen, damit das Bad nicht unter Wasser steht. War aber auch absolut machbar.

Posizione ben servita dai tram a 2 fermate dalla metro. Il materasso della camera da letto è molto comodo. La propietaria molto gentile ci ha portato tutto quello che mancava.
Appartamento al 3°piano senza ascensore, per salire una scala curva quasi a chiocciola.
Siamo stati sfortunati perchè durante la settimana che abbiamo soggiornato c erano dei lavori rumorosi sulle parti comuni.
Divano letto molto stretto e scomodo da non riuscire a dormire.
Bagno: wc calava acqua a malapena, la maniglia della porta si staccava, mancava un lato del box doccia, il lavandino un pò ostruito.
