Very quiet neighbourhood (the metro passes right below the balcony, but its not an inconvenience if you close the window in the morning). Very close to the metro station and the store. Many restaurants nearby and it is located within walking distance to the main tourist attractions (under 30 minutes).
The appartment is on the last floor, so it can get very hot in the morning/middle of the day (air conditioning in all rooms saved us). Could benefit from a cover for the terrace (there is little cover from the sun until 1-2pm, but moving the chairs to the very right side of the balcony does the trick).
