Everything was perfect
We stayed at 4different apartments during our stay in Crete,but this apartment of Jimmis was absolutely the best
You have everything in there,just like a home
They even put in the fridge some bread ham and cheese,fruit juice(and trust me it was so amazing since we didnt know the shops yet)
We really felt family

The apartment is freshly renovated, but in an old block of flats. There was some constructions to the apartment next-door. The apartment was very clean and stylish, the ACs were working perfectly. There's laundry machine, dishwasher, microwave and an oven. The beds were big and comfortable.
The things I did not like are not related to the property itself. The building is located in an area of the town that is suffering from parking spaces. The municipality has designated most of the nearby roads as: residents' only parking spaces, so firstly beware of where you park (avoid the blue lines on the roads) and be prepared to find a parking spot >500m away from the property. Secondly, the area is suffering from overtourism, and there is no good enough infrastructure to support it. For 4-5 days, there was a sewage leak, which made the area stink and the nearby beach being banned for accessing or swimming.

Everything was nice - clean apartment, nice neighbourhood. Small diner waiting in fridge was really useful for us.
