La amabilidad del dueño

Llegar y encontrarme hormigas por todo el piso, cucas en la entrada y una lagartija dentro de los muebles de la cocina. Limpieza mejorable.

L'hébergement est inadapté à la location touristique et le manque de propreté est un réel problème.

L’Appartement est partagé sur deux niveaux : L’appartement principal au 1er étage est assez spacieux, lumineux et correctement équipé. Il donne accès à une terrasse ayant au loin vue sur la mer. Couchage pour 2 personnes La dépendance au rez-de-chaussée avec 1 petit lit donne accès à la salle de bain WC bien équipée et spacieuse. Les deux étages sont reliés par un escalier en fer, à ciel ouvert. Peu pratique en cas de pluie ou pour les envies nocturnes. L'hôte est aimable et discret. Netflix est disponible sans abonnement et des condiments utiles à la cuisine sont disponibles.

L’hébergement, peu insonorisé, est situé à quelques dizaines de mètres d’une autoroute de 2x3 voies et de nombreux avions le survolent en phase d’atterrissage pour l’aéroport nord. En conséquence les nuisances sonores sont très dérangeantes. La présence d'une fenêtre entre la maison et la partie base de l'hébergement, ainsi que deux autres dans le passage conduisant à l'étage, fenêtres disposant d'un voilage opaque mais pas occultant laisse possibilité à l'hôte de voir dans la partie basse réservée à la location. Cela entraine un problème d'intimité. De plus, dans le passage, se trouve une porte donnant accès à la maison que nous avons vue une fois entrebâillée. A notre arrivée nous avons constaté des crottes de chien sur la pelouse synthétique de la terrasse ainsi que des mégots de cigarettes au sol et dans le cendrier. De plus nous avons pu voir à plusieurs reprises des crottes, du chien de la maison, dans la cour conduisant à l'entrée de l'hébergement. L’ameublement manifestement usagé, présente de nombreuses altérations. L’ensemble ne montre pas un entretien régulier que ce soit à l’intérieur ou sur la terrasse avec une petite partie de la pelouse synthétique arrachée et des plaques de protection des caissons qui ne sont plus fixées. Le plus problématique est le manque de propreté de l'ensemble, probablement en raison de l'occupation régulière de l'hébergement pas l'hôte. La hotte aspirante de la cuisine est pleine de gras, le compartiment freezer du réfrigérateur n'a pas été dégivré depuis un bon moment et n'est donc pas utilisable, l'écoulement de l'évier renvoie des odeurs d'égouts en permanence, l'un des deux matelas du lit du rez-de-chaussée est maculé de taches. La plage de la Teresitas, annoncée comme proche et à 10 km.

La terraza y la cama de arriba.

No es un alojamiento privado como yo había contratado. Es la parte de arriba de la casa de una familia… no había mucha privacidad El casero es simpático pero creo que es importante saber este dato antes de reservar ya que el anuncio no especifica muy bien.
