The hotel was close to a lot of places, the parking was very close by, the rooms looked like little apartments and I loved that about it. Had a projector, Jenga etc in the little outside patio.
One thing I did not like was my shower head was broken but other than that no other negatives

Liked how the location was close to Little Italy and Petco Park. For those that want to explore the outdoors too, Balboa Park was even closer.
Disliked how the Internet got really bad at around 11:00 PM. That was the only real negative about my stay.

The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. Tona and the entire team were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful — they went above and beyond. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely stay here again!

It was a fast and easy check-in. The door code was provided before our arrival, and it was easy to locate. It did look like the photos provided on the website, and there is a small kitchenette and a mini fridge.
The area is not the best, and finding parking can be challenging. You can hear other people in the building, and anytime someone walks past the door. There is a pull-down ladder to access the second bed, but we did not use it. We tried pulling on it, and it started making squeaky noises, and we did not want to break it. The room looked reasonably clean, but there were some stains in the sink and scuff marks on the wall. There is no way to control the AC; it seems to be set by the building as a whole. At night, we heard a rush of water, which we believe was a pipe in the wall across the bed, but it did startle us. I also had issues with payment as they kept emailing me asking to confirm charges and I had to call a few times to clarify what the problem was.
