It's opened with a code, which is practical. Right next to a tram or metro station. Everything is almost like new, it has an AC, the windows are amazingly soundproof and nontransparent from the street and the wardrobe and bathroom are really big. The kitchen has almost all the basic equipment for cooking.
Minimal negative experience. Whenever you open the windows, it's right by a very busy street and next to a sidewalk so it's really noisy and anyone can see inside, but at least there's the AC. The kitchen might need some stronger or wooden spatulas, the plastic ones are flexible. Also the furniture feels a little cheap but everything works.

perfect location, apartment is spacious, comfortable, beds comfortable . the staff answers to your enquiries and requests pretty soon. close to the train station and tram stops. (2 minutes away). very good restaurants are very close to the appartment

Bien ubicado, grande para ser un estudio (baño bastante grande, por ej.), la cama era blandita pero muy cómoda (para mi gusto, para mi mujer no tanto 😅).
Faltaban algunas cosas en la cocina (como por ej. un tostador o alguna sartén más, mejor cuidada), se escuchaba absolutamente todo (vecinos, pasillo, calle -ya que estábamos en un bajo pegando a la calle-), el mando de la TV no funcionaba muy bien.

The Studio apartment is obviously cheaply thrown together, but it’s a decent price for being near-ish to downtown Vienna. Also the bed was comfortable and there is air conditioning.
The whole apartment was cheap. The shower was literally inside the kitchen, the bedsheets had holes in them, the shower water changes temperatures constantly, the dishes were a little dirty, etc.
