Let’s be honest it’s not the worlds cleanest place, but affordable for Vienna and in a great location considering (dependant on your needs - 15 mins walk from the main station and then 40 on foot or about 10 on tram straight to the inner city. It is also a plus that getting keys and getting in is very easy after finding the place, would still recommend as affordable accommodation

Цената е много добра за това което се предлага. Локацията е много удобна, защото има бърз и лесен транспорт до всички точки на Виена. Апартамента е голям и чист.
Няма достатъчно удобен гардероб, душа в банята не се закача, и имаше малък теч на вода във втората тоалетна. Но това са дребни забележки, защото в крайна сметка мястото е перфектно за вашия престой във Виена. Цената е много добра!

Es war sehr geräumig.
Das Haus ist eine "Bruchbude". (Starke Beeinträchtigung durch ca. 10 Duftspender, die in der Wohnung verteilt waren und die Bettwäsche war mit Weichspüler behandelt worden.
Leider wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt, dass keine Heizung vorhanden ist, ich habe sehr gefroren. Nach Aufforderung wurde mir ein kleiner Heizkörper ins Wohnzimmer gestellt.
Die Halterung in der Dusche war defekt, ich musste die Brause beim Duschen in der Hand halten.
Zudem wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt, dass es sich um eine Raucherwohnung handelt, es roch noch danach.
Der Fernseher funktioniert zwar, aber man kann nicht fernsehen, es sei denn, man hat ein Abo.
Da es sich auf der Rückseite eines Restaurants befindet, gibt es im Schlafzimmer Beeintrachtigungen durch Lärm und Essensgerüchten.
