- Es handelt sich um eine Souterrain - Wohnung zur Straße hin. Das muss man mögen.

Ubicación excelente, a 200 metros pasaban 4 lineas de metro. Cerca del centro. El apartamento está renovado completamente. Es monoambiente con todo lo necesario. La cama de matrimonio es muy cómoda. El baño es más espacioso de lo que esperaba. Los electrodomésticos son nuevos.
Le falta extractor a la cocina aunque no fue un gran inconveniente porque al ser verano hicimos platos fríos y sencillos.

The apartment is in a great location and is very close to a trains stop, grocery store, shops, and with in walking distance to the Tiergarten. The kitchen is well laid out and easy to cook/ prep food. The shower and toilet are great as well.
The access doors are a bit tricky to figure out. The bathroom has number of loss wires dangling from the ceiling and the light needs to be properly installed. The apartment is also not really noise proof so you can hear when people come and go both in the main entryway and the secondary entrance for the three small apartments you use to access your apartment.
