Overall, I found it convenient and cozy: everything I needed was there, including cutlery, dishes, and a sufficient number of outlets for charging gadgets. This is a big plus.
At the same time, I would like to share a few observations that, in my opinion, could make the stay even more pleasant for guests.
The towels looked rather worn and dull, giving the impression that they had been in use for a long time. Because of this, there was some doubt about their freshness. The dishes also showed noticeable signs of wear, and it seemed they were not washed to a perfect standard. The kettle looked quite budget-friendly and caused some hesitation when using it. Unfortunately, the soap dispenser was already starting to fall apart.
Regarding overall cleanliness, on the one hand everything looked relatively tidy, on the other hand there was dust in places and a feeling that deep cleaning was not given enough attention.
A major inconvenience was the complete absence of Wi-Fi at the beginning of my stay. When a router was eventually brought to the room, it turned out to be a typical cheap operator LTE router. Such devices usually have weak security and their firmware is rarely updated. Because of this, I decided not to connect to it.
I understand that the price of the stay is not high, and for this money the level is quite acceptable. If I had done additional cleaning myself and stayed for 4-5 days, everything would have been quite comfortable. Nevertheless, I believe that small investments in updating the textiles, dishes, improving Wi-Fi reliability and security, and more thorough cleaning would significantly improve the overall impression of the hotel and guest loyalty.
