Apartamento pequeñito, coqueto, limpio y con todo lo necesario. La piscina está genial y no hay mucha gente. Los vecinos son amables. Buena atención por parte del anfitrión. Para repetir.
Había aparcamiento en la puerta del complejo con raya discontinua y aparcamos pero nos multaron porque no hay vado para poder pisar la acera.

La ubicación del sitio es muy buena, la piscina está genial, las camas son cómodas y la cocina en cuanto a electrodomésticos está muy bien equipada.
La nota general baja bastante porque el personal que te atiende no hablan prácticamente español y la comunicación no es buena. Si tienes alguna duda tardan en responder o, incluso, no lo hacen. No son flexibles con las horas , además que los horarios de checkin y checkout son malísimos.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear, estando el sofá con unas manchas horribles.
Le falta mantenimiento (hay paredes con agujeros mal tapados)
Y, por último, lo más importante, no te dejan absolutamente ninguna producto básico de limpieza, ni mantel, ni trapos, ni fregaplatos, ni balletas…. Solo un estropajo (bastante malo) y un rollo de papel higienico. Por no dejar, no dejan ni jabón de manos.

The apartment was well equipped – it had all the basics and a few nice extras like an ironing board, sandwich maker, washing machine, and toaster. The location is very convenient – it’s about a 10-minute drive to the center and the beaches in Puerto Rico and Amadores. Right outside the gate there’s a taxi stand, a playground for kids and a separate one for dogs, a viewpoint overlooking Puerto Rico’s harbour and bay, and a shopping centre with shops, restaurants, and bars. Walking to the public beach takes around 30 minutes, but you have to be prepared for a lot of stairs going down the hillside. There’s also a bus stop nearby.
The biggest advantage is definitely the pool, which is shared with other apartments – it’s cleaned daily and there are sunbeds available, although sometimes there simply aren’t enough of them.
On the downside, the apartment isn’t particularly cosy – it lacks a bit of atmosphere and attention to detail, and unfortunately, the cleanliness could also be better. For a ten-day stay, we only received one set of towels (bath and face), one bin bag, and one roll of toilet paper. There’s also a hotel just behind the property, so for people who prefer early nights, it might be an issue as music plays until late. There’s no option for early check-in or late check-out, or even luggage storage.
Overall, we’re satisfied and had a pleasant stay, but we did miss that feeling of comfort and being properly looked after.
