Everything was great! Very comfortable room, clean and quiet. Bathroom was big enough and also very clean. Nice bonus to have kettle, tea and coffee in room. AC works good so at night we sleep well. Hotel located on a first floor and has an elevator. It’s small, but have enough space for 2 people with luggage.

I booked this hotel for my parents. They had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and very clear in their explanations throughout my visit. They had no issues finding the place, and checking in late was smooth and stress‑free. They provided all the information I needed right away, which made the whole process effortless.Overall, a well‑managed property with great service. It was inside the city. Therefore, getting around was easy.

The entrance of the hotel definitely doesn’t reflect the true quality and value of the property. Once inside, we were very pleasantly surprised.
The room had everything we needed and even some useful extras, such as a hairdryer and a heated towel rail. There is also a beautiful common area with a balcony, which was extremely clean, organized and very well equipped. We didn’t need to use it during our stay, but it was a really nice space.
The receptionist was extremely kind and attentive. Since we needed to check in later than the hotel’s usual check-in time (around 10:30 PM), she contacted me directly and made sure everything was arranged. She welcomed us with a smile, showed us everything carefully, and gave us detailed information about public transportation, nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, and the surrounding area.
The location is also excellent: close to the train, tourist attractions, and plenty of affordable places to eat.
Considering the price, location, facilities and especially the service, the property offers excellent value for money.
Only very minor details. The air conditioning felt a little weak considering the summer heat and the large size of the room. However, the room still became cool and comfortable, so it wasn’t really a problem for us.
There was also a small mini fridge/freezer inside the room that didn’t get very cold. It was fine for keeping things slightly cooler, but not as cold as we expected. However, there is a shared refrigerator in the common kitchen that works very well and gets properly cold.
These are really small details and, considering the price, excellent location and overall quality of the stay, I don’t see them as significant negatives.

Absolutely perfect for a few days in Rome. Great location only 1 metro stop from Termini station or 10 minutes to walk. The rooms are modern, super clean and the bed is very comfortable. Friendly staff also. I will try here first next time I come to Rome.
