Great experience overall!

Location is excellent, the area is great. The apartment is exactly as described and host was very responsive. Overall, for the price comparing to other similar offers very good.

There is no wi-fi in the apartment. It is not a complaint, because it was mentioned in the posting. Just something to keep in mind if you need one. the washing machine is available but there was not detergent.

Everything in the property we had a great stay and it was a very nice place, communication was very easy with Mathilde, lovely host!

One thing that was a bit pain was the stairs although it did feel like a whole workout and maybe im a bit too optimistic on that it felt great

Beer on a champagne budget

The host was friendly and approachable and the location is good for visiting major landmarks or high-end restaurants. It is a short walk from the station and easy to get into with very clear instructions. The shower is good and the bed is comfy.

I feel bad writing this as the host was very friendly. The apartment is small and tired with ageing fixtures and fittings. There is no wifi and there is no coffee machine (basics for city breaks and business travel). There is a lift to the floor, but it is literally the smallest lift I've ever been in and technically myself and my small luggage exceeded the 100kg weight limit. It definitely felt like the servants quarters of the high-end apartments below. I would easily overlook these shortcomings as "character" if I had not paid €180 for a single night. This was right at the top end of my travel budget and definitely not good value for money.

I have revised my rating of the location and would like a refund as I did not stay in the apartment. It has been 2 weeks and you stated that you would refund immediately, but I have not received it yet.

UPDATED !!!!!!!!!! I have already told you many times that I did not stay there, I waited a maximum of 5-7 minutes, and since the apartment smelled terribly bad, it was impossible to stay there. The garbage in the trash can and the spilled yogurt were probably there, I did not even notice, otherwise I would have taken a picture and sent it to you. If I had done it, I would definitely be responsible for it, because I have never blamed anyone for my actions and have not avoided responsibility, as you do by unfoundedly accusing me of something that I did not do. That is why you yourself are trying to avoid responsibility so as not to return the money, because I did not live in that house. You are also trying to discredit me, making unfounded accusations, and I also demand that you reconsider your attitude and speak respectfully to people. The only irresponsible step in all this is noticeable on your part, because you extort money from people when they did not even stay in your house. I didn't stay in that house. I canceled the booking because the house was dirty and smells very bad. I also showed you with pictures that the bed sheet was worn, old and stained and had white stains on it. I also sent you a picture of the toilet bowl which was also dirty, with blackened dirt. As for the spillage, I informed you that I did not even stay in that house for 5 minutes, it was probably due to the careless work of your cleaning lady. I also demand respect and responsibility for making unfounded accusations against me. If you are making all this up so that you do not refund the money, it is another proof of your irresponsibility. I am waiting for my money back and I demand that the booking company immediately stop cooperating with you for deceiving people.
