Good place for short stays

Clean, easy access to all destinations around the city

The window blinds were not working properly but after I contacted the owner the issue was solved promptly, also some loud maintenance work was performed in the day time.

Don’t book it

Location of the flat is great. It’s next to the park and close to several public transport.

Very small flat (way smaller than you will expect), tv is broken (known issue and they won’t fix it if you ask them), kitchen is very sporadic, dining table is way too big and takes 1/4 of the whole flat. Overall, very bad value for money. It’s quite expensive and the equipment & service doesn’t reflect the price.

4 / 10

Nice apartment and comfortable bed, but frequent power outages and high humidity significantly affected our stay.

The apartment itself is nice and well designed. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils and cooking equipment, which we really appreciated. The host also responded quickly when we asked how to restore the electricity after outages.

The main issue was very high humidity in the room. It was difficult to dry anything — even socks that we washed by hand took about three days to dry. Because the building block contains four studios sharing the same electrical capacity, the electricity frequently tripped whenever several guests used appliances at the same time (heater, kettle, stove, hair dryer, etc.). We had to reset the breaker roughly every 10 minutes, which made it difficult to cook, dry hair, or use the washing machine. Even after electricians visited, the electricity still tripped again later that evening. Due to the humidity, mold started appearing on the ceiling near the window, and the floor close to the window was often damp. Additionally, there was no dishwashing sponge in the kitchen, and there were no shower gels or shampoos in the bathroom, so we had to buy them ourselves. The electricians’ visit was also not announced in advance by the host, which was inconvenient.

La ubicacion.

Espacio mas pequeño que en las fotos, calle bastante ruidosa (coches + bar) y el olor del baño a tuberia.
