Schwerwiegende Hygienemängel und ungelöste Reklamationen
Wir haben uns auf die Bewertung verlassen und buchten das schöne Haus. Der Vermieter war zunächst sehr freundlich und brachte uns zwei Wäscheständer, setzte das Garagentor wieder in Stand, was wir positiv erwähnen möchten. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und es ist auch ein wirklich schönes Anwesen mit EIGENTLICH super Ausstattung - aber:

Da zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts keine alternative Unterkunft verfügbar war, mussten wir in der Unterkunft bleiben. Wir haben eine vollständige Rückerstattung über Booking.com angefordert, stattdessen wurde lediglich eine Reisegutschrift angeboten, die wir abgelehnt haben. Der Fall wurde zur weiteren Prüfung an den Kreditkartenanbieter und die Aufsichtsbehörde weitergeleitet.
Die Unterkunft wies bei Ankunft erhebliche Hygienemängel auf, die den Aufenthalt massiv beeinträchtigten:
Der Bereich um den Pool war nicht gereinigt und so wie die Vormieter verlassen haben gelassen für Neuvermietung, das Wasser war eklig- es lagen alte Papayas draußen in der Wärme bereits mit Schimmelbefall und Ungeziefer- dies wurde sofort während unserer Abwesenheit bereinigt
Aktiver Kakerlakenbefall in mehreren Bereichen
Bettwäsche mit sichtbaren Urin- und Schmutzflecken, 4 alte Bettlakten mit Urinflecken übereinander
Handtücher mit Spuren und durchlöchtert
Extrem unhygienische Sanitäranlagen, WC Bürste 2. Schlafzimmer fanden wir in einem Becher im Schrank- das Hauptbadezimmer hatte eine WC Bürste, die äußerst unhygienisch ist - wir haben selber eine neue gekauft
sämtliche Küchengeräte über Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen und Minibackofen haben wir mühselig gereinigt, da es total unhygienisch und dreckig war - selbst das Besteck und Geschirr in den Schränken und Schubladen...Und das in unserem Urlaub und dann für 199$ Reinigungsgebühren
Unangenehmer Geruch kam immer wieder auf
Fernseher (Wohn und Masterschlafzimmer) gingen nur mit meinem eigenen Netflixaccount, nicht mal amerikanisches Fernsehen und das konnte auch der 1x vor Ort gekommene Mitarbeiter nicht lösen- es kam aber auch kein weiterer Mitarbbeiter und auf die Reklamation mit Kakerlaken kam keine Antwort mehr.
