Our stay was really nice and relaxing.

We think the property is really nice for a beach house. Although we think it needs to be updated a little bit. Like the fact that we can bring our dogs.

I didn’t like the fact that there was a lot of gnats flying around. There was a lot in the bathtub in the master bedroom.

We toughed it out, but this property is not as pictured and in need of upgrades and necessary maintenance.

Close to the beach, safe and easy location.

Has potential, but it’s in need of work and maintenance. The porch is spongy and gets a slime, one guest fell. There was a terrible odor upon arrival. Cleaning crew does bare minimum, walls, bathrooms and floors were not cleaned appropriately. None of the exterior doors have complete seals, you can see 1/4 to 1/2 gaps all around which contributes to a bugs. It’s the beach we expected bugs, but there were too many to excuse. Bugs collected daily around the air vents, and we had a lizard in the house that came in around the door opening. Not to mention the floors have soft spots and are sloped, the kitchen cabinets and ceiling have a two plus inch slope, necessary maintenance is desperately needed.

Very disappointed

How close it was to the beach

There was trash in the flower beds, the porch needs repair and is going to be a safety risk, the joists are rotted so the boards bow and bounce. One of the support struts to the deck over the entrance is not attached, at some point there was a major water leak and it damaged the sub floor by the dining table, it damaged the ceiling and wall in the master bath and was never repaired. The kitchen cabinets doors need corrected because they don't line up right, the whole place needs repainted, the apartment efficiency stove didn't work right so they swapped it with one slightly bigger that works, the dish washer has to be ran at max temp setting and the top rack is missing 2 wheels. The ceiling tiles don't match and are different levels in areas, any thing that needed patched they just put joint compound over it and didn't sand it then cover it either paint. One bed room has louvered doors on it so it has zero privacy, the back deck has patched spots on it and the sheeting is either a trip hazard or is rotting out. Everything needs dusted, everything hanging on the walls has a collection of dust, the fan in the master bed makes a lot of noise, it's either the motor or because it's unbalanced and the glass covers over the bulbs have never been cleaned. All of the floor trim is dirty and needs cleaned and painted with all the walls. One renter looks like t hey punched a hole in the door and it was patch with joint compound and slightly painted over with no sanding done. If you are a college student looking go party and don't care what it looks like, want you drink and have close access to the beach this place is for you. If you are brining your family out and want a nice place close to the beach, I would look to any other place to rent. Also had to get them to drop off dish washer pods, they also only supply a limited supply of dish pods, no laundry supplies, limited coffee pods and toiletries.
