Clean, tidy, useful
Oven didn't work, but we were able to use air fryer. Stove top worked.
Hidden & different T&Cs to initial Booking.Com listing.
Fabric covers for BBQ & outdoor table need to be designed to handle high winds. Both came off and were replaced over the weekend
1 heat lamp in bathroom is broken

Had everything we needed for a short stay. Great to have 2 toilets. Lovely setting into bush land. Comfortable beds.
Slightly weird with 2 toilets next to each other and not a kitchen for a gourmet cook (which I’m
Not!) Perhaps not enough general
Space for the amount of beds available

I liked the location, the cleanliness of the house and the kitchen facilities were excellent - I was able to host my daughter, partner and new baby for dinner three nights out of four due to the excellent kitchen facilities.
The beds were comfy (the pillows were not) and the outlook very nice - even having a parrot come and visit one morning. I felt safe being there on my own. I went walking each day and people within the street said hello so a friendly neighbourhood. I would definitely book this place again.
The pillows were awful - I woke with a migraine type headache after the first night - I purchased a pillow and will now keep this at my daughters place. The pillows were all way too soft - please consider getting some firm, memory foam pillows - not everyone likes super soft pillows.

My two friends and myself enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and very neat and clean. The leather lounges were firm and comfortable. So were the beds and pillows. Just right ! It was great to have a second toilet facility for our small group also.
The location was a little tired. The house next door was run down which was disappointing. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked. The kitchen cupboard doors were a bit out of date as were the bedroom wardrobe doors.
