Me and my family of 5 stayed there for a week and had no issues. Enjoyed our vacation!

All the things to do at the property

The beds were a little hard and the toilets were hard to flush

5 / 10

Stay was fair.. nice view was able to relax. Unit needs remodeling. Cleanliness needs improvement

Location and it being beach front

Room smelt like mildew.. sheets didn't look clean and had sand on them in bedroom before we got in bed.. had to wash sheets

Do not stay with this company. 1008 is where we stayed. It was awful.

I love the Summit. We stayed there last year and it was great. Different condo and owners though.

First of all, the condo was DISGUSTINGLY. Smelled like weed and mold in our bedroom. Dishwasher was broken. Dryer smelled like cat pee! THERE WERE FINGERNAILS in the couch. An eyelash on the couch…. The bunk bed sheets smelled like wet dogs. I had to CLEAN the bathrooms before we could use them. There was mold all in the bathtub. I’ve never seen anything so bad in a place like this. I contacted someone to get moved and they would not move us- nor have they compensated us for anything. It was very uncomfortable the whole time. We will NEVER book with this company again. It is ridiculous
