The resort was nice and everything was so convenient.
It is very apparent whoever is responsible for cleaning the room does not mop the floors. The floors were very nasty to walk on barefooted from day one. My toddlers feet were black from walking on the floor.

This place was absolutely beautiful inside and out and such a fun family friendly environment. My kids have already asked if we can stay here again next year! Getting to sit on the balcony every morning while sipping my coffee watching the waves roll in was the cherry on top! I had a little terrible getting the door to lock from the oustide when leaving but I called the company who answered immediately and within 15 minutes I was able to lock it! The beds are firm but literally the best sleep I have ever gotten (and I had two young kids in bed with me most nights)! Absolutely plan on going back next summer!

Property was good and has everything!
I don’t like the fire alarm system because we’ll have to minimize our cooking that will make the fire alarm come on!.

Security was less than pleasant to deal with. They are rude and unhelpful. The unit floors were filthy had to keep shoes on inside or our feet/socks would be black. The bathtub was filthy and had mildew on it. I was able to purchase some cleaners to clean it up some what. There were no locks on the bathroom doors. The set up for the bathrooms were weird. You could hold hands with the person on the other toilet . The pocket door between the bathroom was hard to open and close didn’t latch no privacy was a big issue.
