If you don’t mind bed bug bites you’ll be fine

Nothing had bed bugs,roaches, ants and gnats. The owner didn’t refund any of my money and gave me the runaround. I canceled my plans for an entire day she was supposed to call the exterminator. Never got back with me, when I messaged she strung me along all day. Just for her to say oh maintenance has gone home for the day. So she never reached out to them just had me sitting in her establishment waiting on her big man who she knew wasn’t coming. Then advised me I could check out if I didn’t want to stay and she’d refund my unused nights. Just for her to respond 3 days later I wasn’t getting a refund because I didn’t provide enough evidence. I have pictures and videos of the infestations. I had several bug bites and had to pay extra to find a room last minute.

Stay away from the studio apartments. No privacy. No communication.

This apartment was under construction. The walls were extremely thin and I could hear someone talking on the phone outside right next to my window as if he was inside my apartment. The property entered the apartment and installed a swamp cooler AC unit during my stay without informing me. When I reached out to the host Evonify about this they said they have no control over the property and apparently no communication. I had to move out after 2 nights once construction started on the exterior of this unit at 8am. It was unlivable. I have asked for a refund and sent photos. When I followed up they asked me to send the photos a second time. * The pictures show a large hole to the outside around the AC unit installation site, the exterior construction debris I came "home" to, the ugly, noisy AC unit now at the foot of the bed, which by the way inhibits fully closing the blackout curtain so anyone can easily see you in bed. There is also no dresser and basically no option for actual privacy if the property can enter the unit whenever they want. If this company was more responsive to my very reasonable request for a partial refund, this review would not be so bad, but the problems with this unit in particular are still important to mention. Of course construction doesn't last forever, but clearly Evonify does not care to communicate with the property or the guests and that is a huge problem.

Terrible, Disgusting and Unpleasant Studio Apartment Stay Experience at Furnished Apartments!

The cooking wares and facilities are reasonably adequate, except the lid of one small pot is missing. The studio apartment is quite spacious. The shower water pressure is reasonably good. The nearby Los Vaqueros Supermercado is walkable.

The pre-check-in preparation work for guests by Evonify Corporate Housing is very poor. The Sage Hill Apartment Homes Leasing Office offered very little help to me. In my first stay with my wife at the studio apartment (#7105) at the Furnished Apartments in University Hills, Austin (Confirmation no. 6811706369) booked with Booking.com for Sept 9 - 12, I was given the wrong WiFi network and password. It took me 3 days to have it fixed. The hygienic conditions at the studio apartment are unbelievably poor. The interior of the fridge was not cleaned at all with juice stain drops left inside. The fridge top was covered with dust. The lid of a small pot was missing. The TCL TV set was not functioning probably due to the lack of batteries in the remote control panel. The worst thing is that there were occasional dead and live croaches and ants found at the studio apartment! This is really horrible and disgusting to my wife and me! We have never stayed at a temporary residence like this mess before! Booking.com is a world reputable organization in the hotel business. The above unpleasant stay experience should never be allowed to happen to any guests in the future! I am seriously seeking partial refund for the booking that I paid for. I look forward to hearing your reply to me . Thank you very much indeed! I should have attached some short video clips depicting the live croaches and ants for you to look at. However, due to the MB limitation, I am unable to do it. Allan

Unit was clean and decorated/furnished nicely.

Area was right off highway - noisy. Complex was not as nice as unit. Stairs to unit were steep and dirty. Neighbors left bags of trash outside their door for days.

Bed was so comfy it was hard getting up in the mornings

It was a little bit rundown. You’re getting what you pay for a cheap place for a cheap stay but it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. I will 100% book again.

The bed was really comfortable.

The parking was terrible. Had to fight for a space and very hard to get in that area with a 4 door pick up truck. Very tight.
