Ideal for business travelers and contractors as well as boating & fishing enthusiasts, we're just steps from the Davis Boat Ramp with direct Gulf access. A perfect, quiet retreat with easy access to I-75 and downtown.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are available via the app or phone if you have any questions or require assistance during your stay. We respect your privacy and will not be on the property unless requested.

The host promptly communicated. The location was across from public boat launch and in a very walkable neighborhood. The home was very clean, uncluttered, and thoughtfully appointed with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. We appreciated the location and proximity to I75.

The property was what we were looking for. It allowed us to have a place to stay while we were waiting to close on a home. The home was clean and well kept. The Host, Carla was so accommodating and personable. We enjoyed our time.

The home was very comfortable and in a good location for our needs. Quite neighborhood. Host was very responsive and easy to reach. Will stay here again if it is available when we are in Ft. Myers.
