About this cottage rental
Located on the scenic Kokosing River enjoy the best sounds and breathtaking sunsets this river has to offer.
A short distance to Kenyon college, Honey Run waterfalls, hunting, fishing, Apple Valley Lake, Kokosing bike trail and Ohio Amish country.
You won`t run out of things to do. Then relax and unwind with a seasonal heated outdoor shower and peaceful patio to watch the sunsets and the abundant wildlife.
Located directly on the Kokosing River. One neighbor within view but are seasonal. Very quiet peaceful place.
Eagles are abundant in the winter and if you`re a birdwatcher this is the place for you.
Very comfortable Queen size Serta bed.
The double sliding doors offer a beautiful view of the river even from the bed and can be opened in the summer to offer the relaxing and calming sounds of the river.
Enjoy a movie or your favorite music on the outdoor tv or bluetooth speakers on the deck or enjoy a fire while watching the river.
You`ll have the whole place and property to yourself.
Honey Run Falls is within 5 mins and Kenyon college in Gambier is a short distance from the cottage.
The 30 mile paved Kokosing gap trail runs along an old railroad bed and is a short 2 mile bike ride from the cottage.

We really enjoyed the deck and the river being right there. The place was perfect for my wife and I! Plenty of space and very cozy!

Excellent stay. My only suggestion would be to fix the sink faucet in the bathroom: The best we could get was a trickle of water. The deck overlooking the river was wonderful. A perfect place for an afternoon/evening drink.

This place was perfection for my husband and I. It was close to hiking and biking trails, right on the river with amazing fishing in the backyard, plenty of nearby dining, and peace and quiet. We will be back!
