Amazing largest corner unit in the building (1,459 sqft) wrap around balcony with intracoastal, ocean & city views. Location next to the Diplomat Hotel. Condo is on the ocean side. Spacious rooms, furnitured, 1 parking garage+1 self parking. Valet parking available. Security, fitness center, w/dr in the unit & on floors. Beach & pool are just an elevator ride away. No pets/No smoking. Building just passed the 50 year certification. If unit & appliances are left in mint condition at the end of the rent, $200 will be returned within 2 weeks of tenant’s departure. It is one of the best locations in South Florida, just 15 minutes from Miami Beach, 5 minutes from Walmart, many restaurants and 3 blocks from Publix.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, the owner was flexible. The beach view was nice, watching traffic on the Main Street was entertaining. It’s a quick uber to nearby restaurants and bars.
