No access to lobby. We had to use an outside window to do business. Had to request hand and face towels which were not in the room.
They had beautiful roses on the property and the room was comfortable.

For my purpose of visiting my son at Willamette University this property worked fine. It was an easy 4 blocks to his house and 6-7 blocks from campus. The price was very reasonable as well. And thy had a lot of channel choices on the TV which I appreciated.
On the downside my room was a non-smoking room but smelled like tobacco smoke and the bed spread had several cigarette burn holes in it. One of the drawers on the small dresser in the room was missing it's front. The maids forgot to leave a bath towel in the room so I needed to call for it. If cost and location is a concern and you are not picky about accommodations this is a good choice.
