Clean and room was easy to access.
Room floor needed replacing, lots of noise, there was a 1in gap under the door, and pool was not operational.

Easy to find and good location
Being targeted of dog barking when it was not even my dog it was a dog above my room.
Also not having coffee pots in room and only offering coffee in lounge only from 6am- 11am , it should be offered throughout out the day.
Also pool was not clean and some staff did not know english to understand what was needed.
