Hotel is old, but clean.
Internet or wifi was poor. If that was improved, the rating would go way up. The neighborhood itself has many homeless in it, so there is no office access - everything is done by the patron outside and slide things under a door in the window - so any crime stays outside the hotel. So, the neighborhood is dangerous. Not the staff or the hotel. I had no problems with noise or any visitors/homeless harassment was non-existent.
