It’s very clean, all the essential things that you need is there ( ex. soap,condiments) and have easy access at store.

Nice and cosy apartment at good location

The location is very good and the apartment though small was clean, convenient and functional

The place has some quirks. Coming in directly from the street, height differences between rooms/ street. Not suitable for older or handicapped people.

Filthy sheets and a lumpy sofabed

The renovation is nicely presented

Filthy sheets on the bed which clearly had not been changed or washed after the previous stay. The bed was covered in dirty footprints and other people's hair. There was even a shard of broken glass in the bedding. We made the decision to sleep on the lumpy and uncomfortable sofabed rather than sleep on disgusting unwashed bedding. The towels were damp when we used them so most likely these had not been changed either. When we arrived, there was a half eaten watermelon in the fridge (it had been eaten with a spoon) and a lot of the previous stay's food still in the cupboards and fridge. Before even entering the property, we were locked out for the best part of an hour in the rain and cold because the code unlocking system was not working. Our contact even tried to give us the contact for his building owner to get inside (this really is not the responsibility of the guest) and claimed that the building owner was trying to sabotage him. All of this left us with a very bad feeling - especially since we had planned to go out and see a bit of the city before getting ready for bed (this didn't happen because it was dark before we had access to the property). This has by far been the worst booking that we have made on this trip. 6 countries, 10 bookings and this tops the charts as the worst that we have stayed in. Thank god that we only booked one night.

Klein maar compleet

Bed was te zacht voor ons. Voor 3 personen is het echt wel heel klein, gaat wel maar de slaaphoek is niet afsluitbaar.
