Udane wakacje

Location

First of all, I have never had such a negative travel experience in my life. The apartment is conveniently located in the city center, but if your main goal is a beach holiday, I would recommend choosing accommodation closer to the beach. Unfortunately, my experience with these apartments completely ruined my vacation for both me and my family. From the very first day, the internet was not working, and the washing machine was unusable because its door was locked shut. The next day, I patiently waited for the agency to resolve the issue. Mario came to inspect the washing machine, and I was told that a technician had been called and that I would have to wait a couple of days. What disappointed me even more was the agency’s complete indifference. They never apologized, responded to my messages rudely and dismissively, and made no attempt to find any temporary solution while waiting for the repair. Their only response was, “Electrical appliances sometimes break,” as if that somehow made it my problem. I suspect this washing machine has been breaking down for a long time, but nobody wants to replace it. When I asked Booking.com customer support to step in and help resolve the dispute, Mario started sending me messages insisting that I leave the apartment the very next day, even though I was traveling with a child, after already taking a €200 security deposit from me. In the end, the washing machine was repaired only after three days, when half of my vacation had already passed. I won’t even go into detail about how every single day I had to spend my holiday communicating with the agency by phone and letting their representatives into the apartment. I doubt anyone wants to spend their vacation fighting just to get basic problems fixed instead of enjoying their holiday. In conclusion, I strongly do not recommend these apartments because of the unprofessional and dishonest behavior of the agency, especially Mario.
