Attention! DO NOT GO

I liked that booking.com told me about possible refund and then changed their status.

Miserable experience, don't go there. Read further for more details. The pictures look good, believe me some are fake, they have fake reviews. We didn't know, but what happened: We arrived at check-in time (2:00 PM) at the entrance door with broken glass, if you have children be careful how you enter. The code to the door sent by the owner doesn't work, then we realize that the broken door at the entrance of the block is open. We enter with luggage, go up, we have been calling for a few hours, we are greeted by a shirtless boy who directly calls me brother (so-called professional cleaners in the description of booming) and tells me that he is sorry but he still needa 15 minutes to clean and he will call us out the window. After an hour he calls us (unfortunately I was also with my mother who couldn't stay in the sun or on the curb at her age but she survived). We enter, we are greeted by a cockroach saying hello. The boy cleaned as much as he could but the smell of piss, the vomit color of the mattresses and the general appearance of the apartment cannot be changed without renovations. Under the beds was a disaster, condoms and bottles with who knows what in them in addition to the dirt, and things fell around the house if you touched them. Also, smell was not for breathing, windows open, a lot of spray turned on but it was a mess. We stayed for an hour and left, (found very close Apart Hotel which was great for similar price, recommend). I contacted the owner, he told us that he cannot do anything and asked us to fix issues with booking.com. I contacted booking.com. The dear ones seemed concerned at first, I got a notification that I would receive a refund after I sent a report with video and pictures. After a while, it no longer appeared that I would receive a refund, but to check what email I received from customer service - I swear I checked 5 times, nothing relevant.

Insane value and really comfortable.

The place was HUGE and we were able to get some local TV channels. Almost anything you could want. Three balconies and a couple toilets.

Really only one thing. We needed to light a match to use the stove top. Not something we were used to and it made us a little anxious. But, it's no big deal compared to how nice the place was.

Perfect location and clean👍🏽

The apartment is very nice. There are shops 24/7 at 2 minutes from apartment . The Kitchen is very good equipped . Recommend.

Pessimo soggiorno, sconsiglio
