La situation de l'appartement près du centre et métro. Décoration très sympa avec un petit balcon très agréable. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec la climatisation.

The location was very central and good. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had most of what we needed. The aircondition worked well, and we appreciated that it was on when we arrived. They offered a change of towels and bed linens due to our 9 days long stay.
The apartment needs some basic maintenance. The tap on the kitchen spills the water all over, you must hold the shower head all the time since the holder is broken, there is a hole in the wooden floor that you can slip into, and the coffee machine is leaking water everytime you use it. This could easily have been fixed, so I think it is a pity! We also missed knots etc to hang clothes, towels etc on. There is a small wardrobe in the bedroom and to knots in the bathroom, but no other place to hang things, so it gets messy when four people try to organize their things. The floor on the balcony was very sandy/dirty upon arrival (cleaners came to fix this after we complained). We didn’t hear much sounds from the street, but you hear very well when those in the two apartments below go in or out through the staircase. It sounded like they were inside our apartment.This kept us awake one of the nights and woke us up early one of the mornings. The steep stairs were not a problem to us, staying with a 5- and a 8-year old, but be aware that they are really steep, and that the last one is inside the apartment itself (this probably means you should not book this place with kids under 4 years old, since you would have to pay attention to them not falling down all the time). This is the apartment in the upper floor.

Дуже круті сходи на верхній поверх, незручне ліжко, яке не зафіксоване до полу. Плями на даху заклеєні якимось сріблястим скотчем. Тече по стелі кондиціонер. Навпроти постійно працює якийсь компресор, вікна не відчинить. Ну таке…
