We liked our 2BR-it was clean and spacious; appreciated the cleanliness and size of both bathrooms, comfortable beds and pillows, kitchen had a regular coffeemaker with a couple of days worth of Lavazza coffee; the pools were clean and while it isn't "peak" season, we were able to find lounge chairs for all of us.
After check-in, I was told to go to another counter. It turned out to be the vacation club desk-to get me into a timeshare-a rude woman -was condescending in her tone of voice and her words towards me; It was after 9pm at night. All I wanted to do was get my family into our room. Luckily, we liked our unit because this encounter didn't make for a good impression.
As we walked in to our unit, there was consistently a mildew like odor. I don't know if it's from the air vents or if the carpeting was washed and not properly dried. The unit could use a freshening up.
Not all towers had a restaurant or coffee shop so it could be quite a distance to go to get something; the hours were not posted on website or signs-walked to what we wanted only to find it closed for the night and it was only 8pm on a Sat.

The facilities were wonderful. Clean. Staff was friendly.
Only complaint is, anytime someone flushed a toilet in a connected room (neighbors left and right as well as up and down) the spa tub in the master bedroom would make a loud gurgling sound. Especially at 2 am......
