It was a horrible experience but the bed was actually comfortable.

This unit was more comfortable than the 1 BR I stayed in here 3 weeks ago. The problem was constant load noise from the unit above me. It was a middle aged adult female with a late teenage female and FIVE boys I would estimate to be between 6 and 14 years old. The noise was literally nonstop from 10 am until 10 pm on Wednesday and Thursday. The day I arrived (Tuesday) around 5 pm it was nonstop until around 10 or 11 pm. The 2nd evening (Wednesday) I mentioned it to the front desk in response to a text query asking how my stay was going. I also mentioned it to the head of security but everyone said that nothing could really be done unless they were noisy after quiet hours. During my stay I interacted with 7 members of your staff. All except 1 performed very poorly reflecting either carelessness or poor training. One staff member performed meritoriously. If you inquire I will tell who it was but I’m sure you already know. I wasted my money by staying here this week.

Poor training of staff.

I love the comfort and spaciousness, very clean and up to date. Everything is provided that we needed

the roundabouts to get in can be a little tricky

Remarkably well kept, clean, and comfortable condo near the beach (but not too touristy!)

Excellent property that's well maintained with updated appliances and furniture. Outside property equally well done with better than most appearance.

The indoor pool was closed for planned renovation and maintenance (not surprising as it's late winter) but the listing didn't reflect that status. Especially considering the lead photo was an indoor pool.
