A disaster & a disgrace.

Absolutely nothing !

I booked this property 8 months in advance in October 2025 for a 7 day booking in June 2026, with payment due on arrival. I tried several times to message property in the 6 months prior to actual stay on various matters, but I never got a single reply. Then whilst I was already on my trip (from New Zealand), travelling elsewhere on holiday in Europe, & just 7 days before actual Toullier booking dates, I got a random mail / message from booking.com advising that Toullier property owner had cancelled reservation with no explanation. I was left to find alternative booking.com Paris accommodation at last minute in near peak tourist season. Only similar property I found in nearby area was much more expensive (+€380 on top of original €790 Toullier price), & I had to pay 100% up front, for a non-refundable booking. As it turned out, replacement property was also a disaster, with not only me having to pay a much higher price, but replacement property was ridiculously & unbearably hot 24x7, & with other problems too that I will not mention here. It was only due to my persistence (i.e. many messages, mails, calls ... & with mainly slow or unhelpful / poor responses from booking.com) that booking.com finally refunded me the €380 extra cost in cash 6 weeks later. However, it is obviously totally unacceptable for the property to cancel a booking so late in a big city like Paris during peak tourist season (&/or for booking.com to have not sorted alternative accommodation for me without me paying extra). The whole situation was very stressful & effectively ruined my Paris holiday. Toulllier should be delisted from the booking.com site, & should not be able to continue to be available for booking on the booking.com site (otherwise the implication is that booking.com endorses such behaviour). As at today Toullier is still on booking.com advertising property as available for booking. The whole episode was a disgrace.

Séjour agréable, nous avons pu visiter beaucoup de choses à pieds sans pendre les transports.

Logement très bien placé. Bons accueil et accompagnement.

L’appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé, ce qui est très appréciable.

En revanche, il est assez sombre et le couchage correspond à un canapé-lit clic-clac avec un matelas en deux parties, qui n’offre malheureusement pas un confort optimal pour dormir. Avec une literie plus adaptée, le séjour aurait été parfait.
