Excellent location, rational structure and good facilities. Excellent communication with the host.
The place in below surface, with very little air flowing in, which makes it retain humidity unless you leave the aircon on all the time. It's good for a one-nighter but we would not spend there a longer stretch.

Super location for exploring central Athens. Many places to eat and close access to places of interest. Neighborhood was active and safe. Snacks and tea were very helpful after arriving late. Good communication throughout.
