The property was in a great residential area, out of the city. The local shops and people were friendly and gave us everything we needed. The apartment was well equipped with all modern facilities and was well air conditioned in the main living space and bedrooms.
The bathroom had a strange smell like damp / old sitting water

Localização bem localizada, porém achei um pouco perigosa e suja as ruas. Também é muito difícil achar vagas públicas para estacionar o carro.

Nice comfortable apartment with cute Picasso design
It was pretty basic, no dishwasher, and not much around apartment in terms of infrastructure like coffee or shopping

Apartamento adorável, tudo bem organizado e limpo. Ar-condicionado para ajudar no verão e cozinha equipada para preparar refeições, foi muito bom o custo benefício, com paragens de autobus a porta da casa e linhas de metro há 8min.
Bairro com movimentações suspeitas, mas com policiamento a toda hora.
