2 bedrooms apartment, 2 toilets, big TV, large and quiet at night, residential neighborhood.
There's a tram stop a few minutes away and a shopping mall.
Decent internet speed, around 80mbps.
The fridge needs some deeper cleaning.
The garage is in the inner courtyard and accessing it is not the easiest thing: one needs to unlock the main gates and the drive a narrow alley, open the garage doors, park the car, close garage doors, lock the main gates. I wouldn't do it multiple times per day. Once per day it's okay. Anyway, just confirm with the host, a large car might not fit in.
The host answerd my messages sent via booking app.

There was a lot of space, 2 bathrooms and a decent kitchen. It had many appliances to cover our needs. The beds were fine.
Unfortunately, the apartment had a nasty smell, especially the bathrooms. Everything seemed to be filthy as well. There were dried up stains on the kitchen counter, the walls, the doors. A pipe in the hallway was leaking. There were frozen fish in the freezer, and half-eaten sauces and honey in the fridge from a previous guest. The garage was so small that you will not fit if you have a larger vehicle and will likely hit the surrounding walls.
With some renovating it can become great...

"Veoma prostran i komforan stan.
