Very close to the city centre. Big rooms
They do not have a coffee machine in the room, only 2 in the main salon and they re not working properly

Ideal if you are visiting Veliko for a short stay, the Guesthouse offers hotel style rooms, with the additional of a breakfast area where you can get hot drinks, make and eat food including use of a microwave. This was very welcome for us. The room was a nice size with a small balcony. Although overlooking a road, it was quiet. Staff were not always present on site, but were there to meet us and were very friendly and helpful. A problem with our access code was resolved very quickly - solving problems is such a key aspect of service and we were very happy with the response. The Guesthouse and room were immaculately clean and our towels were replaced after a couple of days without a request. We were provided with a pass for a nearby public car park which was a nice touch. Great town, nice people!
