Vadiújnak tűnő, nagyon igényes és szép szálloda. Kiváló kis wellness, jól felszerelt kis edzőterem, rengeteg parkoló, gyönyörű bár és étterem, kiváló szoba!
Hangos volt a szagelszívó ventilàtor, a párnák közül (3db) egyet sem tudtam használni, mind nagyon keményre van tömve, és hát a személyzet, hogy úgy mondjam, nem épp 4* superior…kivéve a szerdai recepciós hölgyet.

New and sparklingly clean hotel. Breakfast was fabulous - lots of warm and cold options.
Two suggestions:
1. Breakfast should be from 6 or 6:30 (at present is from 7 am which can be a bit late for transit travellers who stayed for 1 night travelling south to the Mediterranean).
2. Improving check in process…I stayed in this hotel twice and twice it took unnecessarily long. At arrival I was handed out lengthy paper forms to fill by hand, then the staff had to retype my data from form to their reservation system. Then printing my invoice (why not email it to the email I already provided in Booking.com when booking my stay). Then paying city tax and again - printing the invoice for payment.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet.
A szobáink gyönyörűek és tiszták voltak.
És maga a hotel is gyönyörű és hangulatos, én imádtam!
A wellnes részleg szerintem elég kicsi, és jobban dominálnak a szaunák. Nem igazán tudtunk a pihenő ágyon lenni mert nem volt belőle sok és voltak egy jó páran rajtunk kivűl. Amit én személyszerint tudtam csak használni az a pezsgő medence volt.

The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, with high-quality interiors. Everything is clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated. The wellness center was closed (apparently not yet opened), while the gym was available, but the air conditioning did not work, instead of cooling, it was heating, which was completely unacceptable with outside temperatures around 35°C.
Unfortunately, the weakest point of the hotel is the staff. The front desk staff were unfriendly, spoke little or no English, and often didn’t even greet us.
The restaurant experience was even worse.
On the first evening, we had dinner à la carte, the food was excellent, but the service was a disaster. It took a lot of effort just to get the bill charged to our room so we could pay at check-out. The staff were very unfriendly, sometimes even rude.
On the second evening, we dined again at the hotel (also à la carte). This time, the food was much worse, both in quality and portion size. Some guests ordered the same dishes as the first night, but they were completely different in taste and presentation, as if the recipe had been changed.
Breakfast was very poor and well below expectations for a hotel of this category.
A real pity, the hotel itself has great potential, but the staff’s attitude, service quality, and overall organization do not justify the hotel’s rating or price.
