The girl serving at the hotel bar. I have some vague memory that she was Latina (Chile or Argentina) that lived in the USA and she was crazily friendly and professional.

Easy to reach, there are lots of parking spaces. Family room is quite big and comfortable.

Quiet and clean room, close to the shopping centre.
We accidentally left a pair of pyjamas and some toiletries in the bathroom. When I returned to fetch them I was told that they threw out the toiletries as it was the rule. However, they had no idea what happened to the pyjamas and apologised. Although I appreciated the apology, I find it sad and disappointing that something like this should happen at a three star hotel.

Close to subway station. There are 9 stops until the city center. The staff is helpful and polite.
The bathroom was smelly (sewage smell) and I found a nail in the bed. The cleaning has been probably made superficially.
The bathroom is extremely small.
The breakfast is acceptable,
It wasn’t worth the money
$$$$
