Location is great, really close to tram and bus stops and in few stops you are in the city centre. Staff is really welcoming
It is in many reviews that the place is in a building where also a night clob is located, but I did not understand the level of noise coming out of it. On Frday and Saturday night do not stay there if you want a peaceful night. My room was giving on the street, and still you can hear the noise coming from the club. Additionally people staying at this place may join the party downstairs for free and then decide to continue the party upstairs screaming in the corridors. I think it is weird that this place is an "hotel". It has much more an hostel vibe. Also probably nice for younger travelers.

The property is centrally placed, early check in was early and had all the amenities you need for a quick stop off and to get your head down
The hotel is virtually adjoined by a club. Music was played from 10pm & beyond 5am. As such, I hardly slept.
