As a solo traveller, I enjoyed my stay at Evergreen suites. The location is perfect. Everything is in close proximity. Theres cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, metro, trolley etc all within a few minutes of a walk. The rooms are nicely renovated and clean. Everything you need for a few days trip is here.
The WiFi is spotty. The neighbors can be noisy and everytime the main building door closes you can feel it. I was woken up a couple times by noisy neighbors, doors banging, people running on stomping on the above floors etc.

Great stay! The facilities are super new, the TV is huge, and the hot shower works great. Location is awesome too—with both the train and subway nearby, getting around was super easy.
The staff were super friendly and always replied to messages really quickly.
I was so pleasantly surprised that they had disposable slippers! That's something a lot of hotels don't usually provide. They also thoughtfully provided free drinking water in the room, plus a coffee machine and a kettle.
Definitely a fantastic experience!
They provided plenty of disposable amenities, which was super convenient—the only thing missing might have been a shower cap, but that was no big deal at all!

Location and use of kettle and kitchen essentials
Bed linen was old and too small to cover the mattress ,
Deep clean was not done recently (cobwebs near the ceiling) light bulb near the bed was missing.
Communication was slow.
