Breakfast is available but not included in the room price. I didn't try it. I liked that it was quiet - the rooms are not very soundproof (you can hear people talking in the corridor), but fortunately there were no noisy guests. There is a good ratio of bathrooms/toilets to rooms (about 1:3), so I never had to wait to get one. The decor is plain but everything is clean. The shared lounge is spacious and the kitchen well organised. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the shared kitchen but not in the rooms (not in mine, at least). It's a good area with shops, restaurants and public transport nearby.
The towels are quite small but adequate. The duvets are quite thin, and I was a little cold one night. It would be good to have a couple of spare blankets available in the rooms for guests who feel the cold.
I was very nervous about being locked out of my room at night - if you shut your phone inside your room by mistake, or you can't get online for some reason, you would be locked out. Once, I was outside the building and my phone wouldn't log on to the app, but someone else let me in and after that I was able to connect and open the doors to my room.

Good value for what it is, short tram into the centre. Worthwhile for a short trip had everything I needed
One of the employees was rude and really unhelpful.
On my first night some other guests arrived at 4am, super drunk, shouting, arguing, kicking doors.
In the morning I went to the reception where there was a young woman with glasses, I explained the situation of what happened and before I could finish she rolled her eyes and said 'well im sorry that happened but I cant do anything about that'
I replied 'I understand, im not asking you to do somwthing about it but if you can check the cameras, see who it was and maybe have you or somebody else speak to them to be more respectful of other guests, they might understand'
She looks at me frustrated that I am clearly asking for a solution to a problem in the hostel that SHE WORKS IN. She picks up her phone and starts scrolling or doing something else no longer paying attention to me and says in a very angry tone 'well I dont have access to the cameras so I cant do anything'
I reply 'Wow you've been super unhelpful' and leave.
Absolute zero regard for trying to help the guests at the hostel she works at. She didnt care and she will continue not to care for as long as she works at that hostel.
Other woman employee who helped me check in was helpful and very nice.

Showers seen better days but still works! Super hot in rooms but 2x fans so helped a lot.
