The Key lock option which is a cool idea. And no cleaning is a must, just by request available. Very close to public Transport which takes you directly to touristic central spots.
The streets can get loud in the night.

Good air conditioning, which was really needed with 38 degrees outside.
The room was big enough and the location was great.
Our shower ran out of hot water while I was taking a shower. An hour later the hot water was back, but we had to go to sleep already.. Just a small bad experience.
I don't like online check in, it gives the guests more work that should be done by the staff.

Location - more or less. But there's a minus - it's inconvenient to climb to the right floor with luggage
One of the main things is hot water. They had it leaked for 2 minutes.
It is necessary to honestly write that there is a hotel, and that there is an apartment for a hotel. Especially to indicate the stars.
Mo leaning service in room during the stay. No one greets, no one sees.
