Very clean, in the middle of city center, very nice breakfast

I had a really nice stay at this hotel, and the staff made everything super easy for me. Göplor, the bellboy, was especially helpful and friendly—he even assisted me in getting food from one of the best restaurants around. He’s such a kind person.
The front office manager and the restaurant staff were always ready to assist. A very nice lady who spoke English helped translate my requests to the kitchen staff, which I truly appreciated. And I must say, the breakfast was amazing!
The only downside is that the hotel is located on a very busy road, which can make it a bit uncomfortable due to traffic noise. If they could improve this aspect, the stay would be perfect. However, if you’re not very sensitive to noise, it may not bother you too much.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend the hotel.
