As we arrive there the service was ok but the rooms were smelling really bad and the employees which were serving in the restaurant they were rude I don’t recommend for a family to stay

The whole system of the Internet must be replaced, the worst there is

Im ask from Expedia website :1. remove the pictures included swimming poll because this hotel didnt have it .2. there is no option to select the breakfast when i make reservation.

Please avoid this hotel. Front staffs so unprofessional. Room is fully with smoked in non smoking room on non smoking floor. Ineternet so slow sometimes not connect.

WiFi was not working and difficult procedure to connect. Even in hotel presentation shuttle bus service to airport was mentioned, the service was not available. Receptionist very confused regarding my reservation and payment. Finally he discover that the payment was made in full but needs about 15 minutes during check out.

Internet connection was impossible, the staff was nice and polite , we stayed in a front room , it was like sleeping on the street , so much noise all night long ..

Excellent location for my 7-day stay, within easy walking distance of all main central locations and only 2-mins from train or bus stations when further travel required.

We had a good 5-night stay at the Izmir Ramada Plaza. Our room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff performed great except for one person who gave us the wrong WiFi password when we checked-in. We stayed on an upper floor in a corner room (# 1629). We use our laptop computers a lot. It seemed plausible that WiFi reception was going to be a problem in that location, with an extra wall or two for signals to pass through, so with everything else being good, we initially tried to grin and bear the weak signals we were getting. About 24 hours before we were going to check-out, our patience with the WiFi wore out, so we complained and asked for a room change. It was then discovered that the person who had checked us in - had given us the wrong WiFi password. We got a strong signal after making the change, and regretted not having complained earlier.We were especially pleased that our hotel was within a 5-minute walk of Izmirs Basmane Metro station, which enabled us to get around Izmir easily. The hotel is also within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants and cafes stretching along the Izmirs seawall. After travelling around this great country for 30 days from mid-October to mid-November, we decided that Izmir is our favorite city in Turkey and we will return.

Friendly staff, very convenient location, good breakfast

The booking was for my brother and his wife, who liked the hotel, its location and service very much, the only reservation they had was the wooden floor, due to which it was noisy, especially if there were children running on the floor above.

There was only a downside in the overall great experience in the hotel. First I explain a bit on the most important, the hotel itself:Really nice up to high standards rooms. Great value for money, large comfortable beds, clean and extremely welcoming feel and enjoyable altogether, building-wise talking.Located few minutes from the old town and near the train station, makes it great for any kind of visitor to the city. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.The breakfast was included in our rate and was having a wide variety of choice and good quality for everything.Now, the downside was the stuff. Nor particularly caring for the guests but extremely money-orientated only. We bough our own coke and water bottles, and crisps for the night, and when entering to reception, the security girl rushed to the receptionist to tell them we had our own soft drinks from outside. Then receptionist dared to tell us it is prohibited to bring drinks from outside! What sort of nonsense rule is that? I bring what I wish for myself to the hotel without being obliged to pay the exorbitant prices of a tiny bottle of water from you. We made our point clearly to them in quite an enhanced tone, then they apologized and we left to sleep. Quite annoying having to had such a silly situation. They have a great property indeed, but the staff was inappropriate in such sense.

Excellent clean room

This hotel is very conveniently located. Its a very clean & modern hotel and so rather character-less, but it was excellent for my purpose. The staff were helpful, the valet parking very convenient. The bedroom was large & comfortable, and very clean. At the Expedia rate, its the best value hotel Ive had for quite a while. Id definitely return; in fact on my recent visit I extended my stay.
