It was a beautiful and comfortable place for the value.
It's not the properties fault but the road is very narrow. We took the public bus from Queops, but the second time we took a taxi. The public bus stops close by but there isn't a sidewalk so I recommend taking a taxi if you have children.

Tasty breakfast was served and the location was indeed a nice view.
The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the supermarket and bank we enjoyed the stay.

The hotel has probably seen better days, long ago. Everything looked quite worn out and not too much effort seems to be going into maintenance.
I really appreciated the fact that my room, I believe the triple deluxe, was very spacious and the view - despite facing the road, was pleasant with lots of green, birds species and light.
The staff was only around when I checked in and there is no reception. Yet they were promptly available via booking app/whatsapp when needed!
The air conditioning and fan were also working well and the hotel has a practical bus stop - direction quepos or national park, right in front (walking is difficult as there are no sidewalks).
The room, towels, furniture, power sockets and facilities are old and not well maintained, and I had a gekko in my room.
The breakfast was basic and nutritious, but not too appealing.
The main entrance was open even during the evening, and no staff was in sight after the cleaning lady leaves in the morning. That left me wonder about the level of security, also given that room door and windows were very basic and the windows are not entirely sealed.
